How will I receive my Shopify theme?
Your Shopify theme is a digital download! After completing your purchase, you'll receive access to download your theme ZIP file, which you can upload directly to your Shopify store.
Do I need a Shopify subscription to use the theme?
Yes! Our website themes are designed specifically for Shopify, so you'll need a Shopify account and subscription to use them.
Can I customize the theme to match my brand?
Absolutely! You can change the colors, fonts, images, text, and available sections directly through Shopify's Theme Editor.
No coding experience is needed for everyday customization.
Are all three theme variations included?
Your purchase includes one variation of your choice, not all three.
Each variation has the same features and layouts, just with a different color palette. You can also customize the colors to match your branding.
Does the theme include a photo uploader?
Our Shopify themes are compatible with Uploadly, which allows your customers to upload their photos when placing an order.
Uploadly is a separate paid app and isn't included with your theme purchase.
During Anniversary Week, eligible customers will receive our Photo Uploader Setup Course for free, plus an exclusive 60% discount on their Uploadly subscription.
Will you help me install and set up my website?
Your theme comes ready to upload to Shopify, and you can install and customize it yourself. A step-by-step video tutorial will be provided.
If you'd prefer some help, we also offer optional setup services:
- Shopify Theme Installation: We'll install your purchased theme for you.
- Shopify Starter Setup: We'll install your theme, set up your first product, connect your photo uploader, and test the basics.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because our Shopify themes are digital products, we don't offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by applicable law.

Are Shopify and third-party app subscription fees included?
No. Shopify subscription fees and any third-party app subscriptions, including Uploadly, are not included in your theme purchase or any of our Shopify setup services.
You'll be responsible for paying these subscription fees directly to Shopify and the respective app providers.
During Anniversary Week, eligible customers receive an exclusive 60% discount on their Uploadly subscription, but the remaining subscription cost is still your responsibility.
