Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Magnetpreneur™. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Digital Products & Templates (Final Sale)

All digital products sold by The Magnetpreneur™ – including, but not limited to, templates, guides, blueprints, checklists, and digital resources – are final sale and non-refundable.

  • No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be issued for any digital download or template.
  • Once payment has been processed, you automatically receive instant access to the files. Because of this, we cannot reverse or “take back” a digital product.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software, tools, and basic skills to use the digital files (for example: Canva, PDF reader, etc.).
  • Accidental purchases, change of mind, or “I didn’t realize it was digital” are not eligible for refunds.
  • If you experience any issues accessing your files, we are happy to help you troubleshoot access – but this does not qualify for a refund.

Important: By purchasing any digital product from The Magnetpreneur™, you understand and agree that all digital sales are final with no exceptions, unless required by applicable law.


2. Magnet Maker Machines (Final Sale)

All Magnet Maker Machines sold by The Magnetpreneur™ are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Machine purchases cannot be returned due to change of mind, business decisions, or preference.
  • We strongly encourage you to review all product details, guides, and FAQs before completing your purchase.

However, your machine does come with a warranty against manufacturing defects.

Machine Warranty

  • Your Magnet Maker Machine is covered by a limited warranty on manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper setup, lack of maintenance, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • If you believe your machine has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with:
    • Your full name and order number
    • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
    • A short explanation of what is happening

We will review your case and, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, we will work with you on the appropriate solution as outlined in your warranty terms (such as repair, replacement, or parts). Details of your specific warranty, including duration and coverage, may be provided on the product page or in your purchase confirmation.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your physical order (such as supplies or machines) arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Keep all original packaging and materials.
  • Send us clear photos of the packaging and the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation and let you know the next steps. Please note that this applies to shipping damage or fulfillment errors only, not change-of-mind situations.


4. Cancellations

  • Digital products: Orders for digital downloads and templates cannot be cancelled once payment is processed, as the files are delivered instantly.
  • Machines & physical products: In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we will do our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first so we can try to help resolve the problem. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.


6. Changes to This Policy

The Magnetpreneur™ reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
